Kim Decker

Kim is an experienced Human Resources leader who has directed multi-site operations across Arizona and Texas. Kim began her career as a high school science educator, leveraging this foundation in learning and curriculum development to build strong teams, foster professional growth, and align HR practices with organizational goals. She holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor of Science from Ottawa University, and an HR Certification from the University of Phoenix.
