My Hot Lunchbox is the company who will be arranging lunches for the 2018-2019 school year. They work with restaurants like Streets of New York, Chick-fil-A, Senior Taco, Subway, Panda Express, Firehouse Subs, local bakeries, etc. The parent or the student order online ahead of time through a simple App, or website and the restaurant delivers the lunches packaged, with the scholars name on it.
Want to earn free lunches? Volunteer handing out lunch one day per week. You’ll earn credits in the system!
We’ll be providing one-on-one training to each parent if needed, but there is a video below that outlines how the ordering works.
WHAT MAKES MHLB DIFFERENT?
Absolutely NO FEES
We do not charge any erroneous fees to set up your lunch program OR for your parents or staff members to create an account to order their lunches.
Our staff works with your school to plan delivery times that work for you. Do you have multiple lunch times? Not a problem, we can accommodate multiple deliveries to ensure your student’s meals are hot and fresh.
Organized and Professional
All of our lunches are delivered to your school individually packaged and labeled with the students name, teacher, grade and lunch session.
We work with our on-staff nutritionist and local restaurants to provide healthy, affordable lunches. We are able to change the menus weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on your schools needs.
Ordering lunch online has never been easier!
Just login and create your own personal account. Order lunch for multiple days (up to three months or as little as one week). Then, check out using our secure payment processing. It is simple to add, edit or cancel any order.
Keep track of what you ordered either online or by printing your orders from the website.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PACK A LUNCH FOR MY CHILD AND THEY DIDN’T ORDER LUNCH THE DAY BEFORE?
Each campus will be equipped with vending machines (with healthy choices) to help with any extra snacks, drinks, and the occasional “oops” morning.

WHAT IF MY SCHOOL OR BUSINESS ISN’T CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THE MY HOT LUNCHBOX PROGRAM?
If your school or business has not signed up with My Hot Lunchbox you will not be able to use our service. Please pass along our information or contact us and let us know who to contact within your school or organization!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO START RECEIVING DELIVERIES ONCE OUR SCHOOL OR BUSINESS HAS SIGNED UP?
Our lunch program can be implemented at any time during the year. It takes between 4 and 6 weeks to set up the program and to begin the monthly ordering process. The timeframe depends largely on if your organization would like to have area vendors that My Hot Lunchbox already has relationships with or if they would like to use new ones!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENROLL IN THE MY HOT LUNCHBOX PROGRAM?
Your school or business doesn’t pay a dime to sign up for the My Hot Lunchbox program. As a matter of fact, we give teacher’s meal discounts and can set up a portion of the proceeds from your lunch orders to go back to your school as a fundraiser. Well deserved!
WHO PREPARES AND DELIVERS THE MEALS?
We work with only local, high-quality restaurants that we pre-approve. They are expected to be prompt and deliver hot, fresh meals to your school or business.
ARE THE LUNCHES NUTRITIOUS?
Our certified nutritionist works with the restaurants we partner with to provide well-balanced and nutritious meals. We also leave it to you to make choices regarding you families nutritional needs. Our goal is to offer at least one vegetarian, dairy-free, and/or gluten-free option each day, when available from our restaurants. If you see something you would like added to a menu, that is offered from a restaurant we partner with, please speak up! We love recommendations and feedback!
WHAT ABOUT FOOD ALLERGIES, WHO CAN I CONTACT ABOUT THE MEAL INGREDIENTS?
Please contact email@example.com for the individual restaurant’s contact information to inquire about ingredients and allergies. If you are an existing customer, this information can be found immediately on the Program Information page that you see when you login to your account.
WHEN ARE MONTHLY MENUS AVAILABLE?
Menus are made available for either a 1, 2 or 3 month ordering period (this is usually dictated by your school or organization) and are posted one month in advance. Email reminders are sent when ordering opens for each new ordering period.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Typically ordering closes one day prior to the delivery day. Specific instructions on your organization’s order cut-off can be found on the Program Information page once you login.
HOW CAN I SEE THE LUNCH MENU?
Once you have created an account you can view the monthly or daily menu on the ORDER page. Click the “View Menus” link to the left of the calendar to view the monthly menu or click on each date of the calendar to view the daily menu of each week.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo).
