Citizenship Clinics are hosted by Heritage Academy.
FAQ:
Q: How many MB’s will each Scout be able to do?
A: They can work on one MB each night.
Q. How many requirements are covered?
A: All the requirements for American Heritage and Citizenship in the World are covered in class. All the requirements that can be accomplished in a classroom setting will be covered for Community and Nation. Requirements like attending a City/Town Council meeting will need to be done separately. Each Scout will have a check list and mark what they have covered and what is remaining.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Class A Uniform
Q: Will you sign blue cards?
A: No, there isn’t time at this event. This is best done at the local unit in a meaningful interview.
Q: How much does this cost?
A: Free. Heritage Academy is hosting at no charge to attendees.
Q: What time does this start?
A: 6:30pm – Registration opens, 7:00pm – Class begins, 8:30pm – Class Ends. Scout leaders and parents are encouraged to attend to keep the Scouts focused on learning. For large troops, we require one adult chaperone for every 5 Scouts.
Q: Why aren’t there American Heritage classes offered on the 26th?
A: We weren’t getting enough registrants for that evening, so we are now only offering it on 9/19.
